Cover medical-record transfer, interpreter needs, realistic recovery accommodation near the treating facility, medication rules, travel insurance exclusions and airline fit-to-fly requirements. Require a named complication and emergency plan, including where to seek urgent local care and how aftercare will continue at home; advise using Thailand's official emergency information rather than relying on a generated number.
